No - the AgentX protocol does not cover this requirement.

You'd need to send the appropriate SNMP SET requests
(e.g. using Julien's script) directly to the master agent.

This cannot be done using the AgentX connection - you'd
need to open a new session to the SNMP port of the master
agent, and send the SET request using that.
