Do you use notificationEvent to send the trap
monitored ? 

here is my configuration to monitor disk load

notificationEvent diskTrap dskPath dskErrorMsg
dskErrorFlag

monitor -r 5 -e diskTrap -o dskPath "dskTable"
dskErrorFlag != 0
