Does SNMP 5.2.1 supports SNMPV3

Hi All,
   
  I am trying to run SNMPV3( The snmp version is 5.2.1)  utilizing Authentication and encryption. I am using the following command:
   
  snmpget  -v 3 -u Reza  -l authPriv  -A  "Auth Password"  -x  DES  -X "Encryp password"  -c  TC  localhost sysUpTime.0
   
  I am getting this error:
   
  snmpget: Unsupported security level
   
  Is this  something with SNMP 5.2 or I am doing something wrong?
   
  I added the following line in  /var/net-snmpd/snmpd.conf
   
   createUser Reza MD5 Auth Password   DES EncrypPassword
   
  Also in snmpd.conf  : rwuser Reza
   
  I appreciate your help.
