It's not quite clear to me what you're asking here.

You can use the 'config_require' macro to pull in however many code
files you need, based on the dependencies between them.
You would typically control which "top-level" MIB modules to include
using the configure option --with-mib-modules.

I'm not sure where static vs dynamic libraries come into play here.

I've probably totally misunderstood what you're asking, in which case
you'll need to be a bit more explicit.
