Hello,
I have learned, that when I registered a table MIB oid { 1, 3, 6, 1, 4, 1, 8072, 2, 2, 1,100 }, I can add an new row for example with %snmpset localhost 1.3.6.1.4.1.8072.2.2.1.100.1.2.\"ABBA\" s "Waterloo"
Net-Snmp register than the MIB NET-SNMP-MIB::netSnmp.2.2.1.100.1.2.4.65.66.66.65, where "4" represents the length an "65.66.66.65" "ABBA"
Do anybody know how I can programmatically get back the "index-part" of netsnmp_request_info * requests->requestvb->name oid?
What I want is in this example to get the oid-part "4.65.66.66.65", which I can than pass to the netsnmp_oid2str() function, where I get "ABC" back!
Can anybody help?
Thank you, Torben.
