How to configure SNMPD to send trap on disk usage

I'm trying to configure snmpd to send a trap when diskspace falls below a certain level.
Content of snmpd.conf as follows.

rwuser impl
rocommunity public
rwcommunity private
syslocation "InnoMedia Videophone"
sysservices 0
syscontact "none"
authtrapenable 2
trapcommunity public
trap2sink 127.0.0.1
trap2sink 192.168.30.222
disk /  90%
iquerySecName impl
agentSecName impl
monitor -o dskPath -o dskErrorMsg "dskTable" dskErrorFlag != 0

I don't see traps being sent and I get the following error message:

failed to run mteTrigger query
