perl/AnyData_SNMP missing files

I have been looking at the netsh command on
http://www.net-snmp.org/docs/perl-AnyData_SNMP-README.html
and would like to try it.
In perl/AnyData_SNMP/INSTALL are referenced 3 files to download:
1) download, and install the modified AnyData perl modules from:
http://www.net-snmp.org/AnyData-wes/AnyData-0.05.tar.gz
http://www.net-snmp.org/AnyData-wes/DBD-AnyData-0.05.wes.tar.gz
http://www.net-snmp.org/AnyData-wes/SQL-Statement-1.004.tar.gz
but they are not present.
The version is:net-snmp-svn-V5-4-patches_20070911_0307.tar.gz
Where do I find the files?
