Error messages when running snmpdemoapp tutorial

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone had ever had some error messages when running
the snmpdemoapp
http://www.net-snmp.org/wiki/index.php/TUT:Simple_Application

My installation seemed to go ok, and I even tried making sure I have the
following packages installed afterwards
elfutils-devel :
bzip2-devel
libselinux-devel
openssl/openssl-devel
libbeecrypt/beecrypt/beecrypt-devel.
 as recommended in the FAQ, but I still get the following error messages
(along with desired output) when I run the snmpdemoapp:

No log handling enabled - turning on stderr logging

iso.3.6.1.2.1.1.5.0 = STRING: "Network concentrator"
value #1 is a string: Network concentrator

I am using net-snmp version 5.4.1 on fedora core 7.
