NOT install. NOT upgrade. IT is detecting my Net-SNMP source code -installed module and "offering" to DOWNGRADE it to some other sourced module. Like I said. I did NOT install using cpanp. Before the NetSNMP source install, there was NO perl module installed. Running "cpanp -o" THEN makes no "downgrade" offer. After installing the NetSNMP source, there IS a cpan module installed. NO cpanp required or used.
