	You only need the first one for that, but yes.  The view can be restriced, though.

	Nothing special should be required, except the mental gymnastics necessary to beat these MIBs into submission.

	I ran the same command, and it created a row.  My config is the output of `snmpconf -g basic_setup`, so no trickery is involved.

	Have you walked snmpNotifyTable to ensure that it was compiled in and you can see it?
