Thanks Dave.

NET-SNMP package is built with default config. I guess by default it uses
SNMPV3. Please correct me if I am wrong.

It worked when I used SNMPv2c in my snmpget request.

What version of SNMP are you using?
SNMPv1, or SNMPv2c/SNMPv3?

Remember that SNMPv1 does not support Counter64 values.
