Getting the following error while starting snmpd

Hi Net-SNMP Users,I am getting the following error message when I start the snmpd deamon:<message>[root@appliance net-snmp-5.4.1]# /usr/local/sbin/snmpd -f -Le udp:161netsnmp_assert !\"registration != duplicate\" failed agent_registry.c:535 netsnmp_subtree_load()netsnmp_assert !\"registration != duplicate\" failed agent_registry.c:535 netsnmp_subtree_load()netsnmp_assert !\"registration != duplicate\" failed agent_registry.c:535 netsnmp_subtree_load()Warning: no access control information configured.
