You don't need both of these - just choose one.
As it stands, you will get two copies of each trap.

Your trap receiver should be seeing a 'coldStart' trap
when the agent starts up, and another trap when the
agent is stopped.
   Is this working or not?

Have you got a "createUser internal ...."   line (or equivalent) anywhere?
