Hmmm....
   I'm a bit rusty at decoding AgentX packets, but I'm not at all sure
that this registration request looks right:

Can you please try the same thing, but running the agent as

   snmpd -f -Le -Ddump

It's only necessary to post the second pair of AgentX packets
(the Register/Response pair).
