OK - so we can forget about all that stuff then.
Let's concentrate on the system you are actually trying to monitor.

At least this shows that this system is using the new IF-MIB re-write.
But it doesn't give us much to go on.

Can you try following my original instructions - shut down the agent
on this system, and restart it manually  ("snmpd -f -Le -DmibII/interfaces")
