I modify
/usr/local/share/snmp/snmpd.conf
to have:
createUser -e 0x80001f88806a19937bd3c75547
test_MD5_AES MD5 12345678 AES 87654321

trapsess -v 3 -u test_MD5_AES -l authPriv -a MD5 -A
12345678 -x AES -X 87654321 -e
0x800000000102030405060708 172.20.11.58:162

However, restarting snmpd does not generate a trap.

Then I modify
/var/net-snmp/snmptrapd.conf
to have:
createUser 0x80001f88806a19937bd3c75547 test_MD5_AES
MD5 12345678 AES 87654321

However, restarting snmpd does not generate a trap.
