Support for 64-bit counters was added to net-snmp 5.4.1, so anything 
before that will not work.

64-bit counters is only supported on S10u4 and OpenSolaris. But assuming 
that you have that, you still need to explicitly enabled those counters 
by passing the --enable-mfd-rewrites flag to configure.

Right. That is due to the agent that is currently shipped with Solaris.
