Net-SNMP-5.4.1 on Linux - ifHighSpeed object maxes out at 4294 mb/s

Overriding the real interface max speed in snmpd.conf :

interface eth0 6
10000000000

Querying ifSpeed results in :

IF-MIB::ifSpeed.2
= Gauge32: 4294967295

Querying ifHighSpeed results
in :

IF-MIB::ifHighSpeed.2
= Gauge32: 4294

Question: Shouldn't the ifHighSpeed value be 10000
since it's in megabits per second.

>From the MIB definition for IF-MIB::ifHighSpeed:

"An estimate of the interface's current bandwidth in units

of 1,000,000 bits per second."

Thanks!
