OK - so the issue seems to lie with the trap receiver,
rather than the agent.

The agent is clearly sending the relevant traps.
But the receiver isn't receiving them.
So we need to find out why.

Try shutting down snmptrapd, and restarting it using:

    snmptrapd -f -Le -Dsnmptrapd -d

Then start up the snmpd agent again.
What does the trap receiver display?
