registering pdu failed: 263!

Hi Frnds,
I'm using netsnmp in Agent-Subagent mode. Whenever I run my subagent (with snmpd running) following error comes which repeates for more than 100 times:
registering pdu failed: 263!
registering pdu failed: 263!
registering pdu failed: 263!
registering pdu failed: 263!
registering pdu failed: 263!
registering pdu failed: 263!
Has anyone got the same problem. Wat could be the reason for this???
Please help me in resolving this issue.
