What exactly do you mean by "index fields are empty"?
What are the queries you are making, and what are the precise results?

It would probably be useful to see the MIB table definition
(and maybe even the code itself).   A properly-defined table
wouldn't normally report index values as separate column objects.
But your question is a bit too vague to give a sensible answer
without more information.
