How to change default snmp.conf path from "c:\usr\ect" to a relative path

Hi, guys, Currently, I build Net-SNMP on windows with default config, but not on "c:\usr" directory. I found that it always read snmp.conf from "c:\usr\ect\snmp.conf" when I start snmpd.exe.
