net-snmp-5.4.1 compile issue on win32

Following README.win32, the configure line I used is
./configure \
--with-mib-modules="host agentx disman/event-mib examples/example" \
--with-out-mib-modules=host/hr_network --with-libs="-lws2_32" \
--disable-embedded-perl --without-perl-modules
and got the following message,
configure: WARNING: mib module error
configure: WARNING: mib module 'host' requires module 'host/hr_network' but someone told me to compile without it
Before I go on to make, I want to see if anybody know about this issue.
