Does your system re-use IP addresses when it's running with VLAN interfaces?

Try using the latest 5.4.x snapshot tarball
  (http://www.net-snmp.org/nightly/tarballs/http://www.net-snmp.org/nightly/tarballs/net-snmp-svn-V5-4-patches_20080210_0310.tar.gz)

That includes some patches which are designed to help with similar
situations.
