Re: Trying to install 5.4.1 perl modules on Win XP with activeperl5.10

I have the MinGW-based MSYS.  That is the environment that produced the
error.

I tried "perl -e "use Config;"" from MSYS, cygwin and the XP "shell" (DOS
prompt).  The command executed without error in all three environments.
