But *what* values are you seeing?
In particular, try querying your subagent again.
If you can now see the internal objects (sysUpTime.0),
there's a distinct possibility that the subagent connection
will be working too.
But because you have (as usual) given little or no detail
of exactly what you've done, it's impossible to tell.

The first thing the subagent does is connect to the master agent
(which you've confirmed it is working).
The next thing it does is to register various MIB objects/tables/etc
with the master agent, so that the master knows what requests
to send where. See the AgentX specs for details.
If the subagent isn't registering anything, then nothing will
be sent to it.
