snmp agent

yes i was reading that.

my problem is that i was trying to compile
http://www.net-snmp.org/wiki/index.php/TUT:Writing_a_Subagent

the command net-snmp-config it isn't find  and when i
do my makefile and says where the CFLAGS and LDFLAGS
are .the cflags work but the ldflags not and it don't
know why this functions don't appeard in the .so file 
and have this error

mv: no se puede efectuar `stat' sobre «snmp»: No
existe el fichero o el directorio

are there any different between 5.1.2 and current
vertion ?
