It's a descriptive text string.

It doesn't matter - it's only ever used as a label to help
identify this particular registration.
   If you walk the nsModuleTable, then this is the value
which appears in the "nsModuleName" column.
It has no effect on the actual behaviour of the agent
or your MIB module.
