How can add my backend C file to net-snmp

Hello all, I am doing project for wireless AP. For that project, I need to create NMS system using SNMP protocol. For this, I am using NET-SNMP tool. I have created MIB file for my application and put it in /usr/local/share/snmp/MIB. When I run , snmptranslate -m +MY-MIB -IR -On Dot11Ssid I can get the OID for that particulat Object type (leaf in MIB table). Now I want to add the corresponding backend function in C to get/set the SSID. how can I add my backend function. How can I correlate that OID to my backend function. where the MIB compiler created C file resides ? If the device AP ssid is "AccessPoint", then I can able to get that ssid and print it in front end?.
