This MIB is indeed the standard mechanism for SNMP-based management of community->context mapping. And yes, you are correct that the Net-SNMP agent does not support this MIB. The configuration of community->context mapping must be done via the snmpd.conf file - see the entry "com2sec" in the snmpd.conf(5) man page for details.
