My subagent needs to be able to configure the community settings for the
master agent. Rather than modify snmpd.conf, I was looking for an API that
would let me change this from the subagent.  It would not be changed very
often, but when the end-user wants to set specific community strings, it
would be easier if the subagent application could do it directly. Sorry this
wasn't clearer - I hope it is now. Modifying snmpd.conf would work fine, but
if I want the change to take affect immediately, I'd need to get the agent
to reload snmpd.conf too.
