	...and, unless you changed the port number for the net-snmp agent, only one is ever accessible.

	Subagent.  The "Net-SNMP Agent" is the master agent.

	The Net-SNMP agent will need to be stopped.

	*BOTH* are master agents.  There is nothing wrong with having two master agents, but you will probably want to configure things so that both are visible, preferably on the same port.  I do not know how to make the Windows agent proxy requests to net-snmp, nor do I know how to move it from the default port of 161.

	Your subagent will want to communicate with the net-snmp master agaent, at least if we are to be of any help.
