Sorry to be boring, but I've never heard it pronounced anything other than spelled out individually. Similarly for the MIB structure acronym ("ess-emm-eye") . The only exception that springs to mind was the work a few years ago on an updated/extended MIB syntax. This was officially handled in the same way ("ess-emm-eye-enn-gee"), but was often pronounced as a single word ("sming") - not least because this tended to wind up the people leading the project :-) But I'm not aware of any other pronunciations in common usage.
