Your vendor gave you only *their* MIB file, which is all under .1.3.6.1.4, the enterprises MIB. There are many standar and nonstandard MIBs in common use. The set of MIBs that ship with net-snmp are a good place to start decoding the extra traffic, if you are indeed interested in it.
