I am trying to do an SNMP-NET snmpgetnext command to a collect information from a softswitch. I can use MGSOFT MIB Browser and I get a response from the device. I try to use the SNMP-NET snmpgetnext command and I get no response from the device. I have compared the packet trace between SNMP-NET and MG soft (see attached file comparing the two packet traces). The only area I see that is different is the "Request ID" field in the SNMP-NET uses one more hex code which makes the packet one byte longer then the MGsoft trace. Is there a way to fix this? Any help would be appreciated. I have sent this to the coders list and have had no response Thanks Terry Martin Timedata Corporation VP of Network Operations Work: (212) 644-1600 X3 Cell: (503) 3188909 ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Microsoft Defy all challenges.
