loading own MIB

Hi,
I have loaded my own mib as per the MIB tutorial...
>snmptranslate on my object gives us valid path but snmpget on the same one gives error as no such object at this OID...
i'm writing mib for LEAF(linux embedded appliance firewall)
i've put it in experimental branch
+private(4)
+experimental(1)
+LeafMib(100)
+leafNetwork(1)
+lNHostName(1)
when i did
>snmptranslate -IR lNHostName
it showed
iso.dod........exprimental.Leafmib.leafNetwork.lNHostName
but when i tried
>snmpget -v 2c -c puclic localhost LEAF-MIB::lNHostName.0
it showed
no such object in this agent at this OID
where am i going wrong? please help me
