That's not really sufficient detail for a "trapsess" entry.
You'd typically need to provide more information,
including SNMPv3 user and password settings.

Though it shouldn't cause the agent to crash!

If you just want to send traps to the specified destination,
try using

   trapsink   192.168.1.100
or
   trap2sink   192.168.1.100

instead.
