Execute script through windows

Hi, again! I don´t know if I explained correctly my problem. In Linux SO, I just write the line extend .1.3.6.1.4.1.30778.1 shelltest /bin/sh /home/murilo/script1.sh and it works! I installed cygwin imagining obey the same rules of Linux. However, then I entry the comand $ snmpwalk.exe -v 1 -c myCommunity fujita:myPort 1.3.6.1.4.1.30778.1 the answer is End of MIB I restarted the snmp Microsoft services when I modified the snmpd.conf file and the answer is the same. Please help me. Thank you very much.
