installation problems for net-snmp-5.3.1

I want to install net-snmp-5.3.1,


but it gives these errors

previously  i installed  net-snmp-5.2.1 its perl Makefile.PL.....

before installing 5.3.1, i done make uninstall, is that ok or still i do
some more ,   please guide me....
