Firstly, Dave I should have posted my previous mail to a thread titled
"./configure bug". I thin k continuing this discussion in that thead would
make more sense .



You might find it easier if you created a file 'dio_modules.h' containing

Fine I will do that. Still that would be an unlikely reason for configure
step to not to work.

Please reffer to the thread  titled "./configure bug"  where I was comparing
two configure options. Inspite of altogether new configure  options the new
agent is being build with older configuration options  - which is pretty
frustrating and strange
