A tool like nmap will help identify which are printers by doing TCP
fingerprinting, MAC addresses can help identify a device too,

Make sure you read and understand corporate policies at your place of
work before using any scanning tool so you do not violate any
policies.

Yes, if you find an SNMP agent is on the device, the sysObjectID and
sysDescr OIDs can help you figure out if a device is a printer.
