Is it possible to have write-only MIB item?

I am try to add write-only item (counter) in my Enterprise MIB.
With this new MIB item my source compiles OK and my subagent starts OK.
It works perfect with snmpset but does not work with other vender MIB browser.
So it is possible to have write-only MIB.
