it's strange the 64bit query for ifHCOutOctets and ifHCOutOctets cannot get real numbers

Hi,all
I use snmpget to get ifHCOutOctets and ifHCOutOctets from a router interface

However, in a short time, i get the same numbers,

while using ifOutOctets and ifOutOctets,the numbers change quickly , Can anyone tell me why?
