Listening the snmptrapd

Hi!

Please, I need an explanation.

I read the
http://www.net-snmp.org/tutorial/tutorial-5/commands/snmptrap.html link
many times and I don´t understand the concept.

What machine should listen the traps to receive the traps? NMS or
the agent?

I follow the example:

snmptrap -v 1 -c public host TRAP-TEST-MIB::demotraps localhost 6 17 '' \
SNMPv2-MIB::sysLocation.0 s "Just here"

I type changing the community name in the agent:

C:> snmptrap -v 1 -c fujitaro fujita:162 .1.3.6.1.6.3.1.1.5.3
fujita:162 2 0 ''

and the prompt gives no answer and nothing is showed in log file
(NMS or agent).
