That would normally install the package under /usr/local
(depending on how you ran "configure")

I suspect these are probably nothing to do with the Net-SNMP package.
At least, not anything compiled from source.

Checking your earlier messages, I note you mentioned that you were
running "Net-SNMP  suits of  Internet Express(  binaries file) package
from HP UX".    Soft links into /opt/iexpress sounds suspiciously
like this installation.

In which case, you should talk to HP (or whoever supplied this
package) for how to copy it across to another system.
But this is nothing to do with our distributions.
