Hello all, this is my first time using this software and I have only joined the ranks of Unix users recently so bear with me if I don't explain things as completely as I need to. I am having some trouble at the make stage of installation. I am configuring with the following command: ./configure --with-mib-modules="ucd-snmp/lmSensors ucd-snmp/diskio smux mibII/mta_sendmail" --with-cc=gcc Configuration completes but with the following warnings: ...... configure: WARNING: sys/vm.h: present but cannot be compiled configure: WARNING: sys/vm.h: check for missing prerequisite headers? configure: WARNING: sys/vm.h: see the Autoconf documentation configure: WARNING: sys/vm.h: section "Present But Cannot Be Compiled" configure: WARNING: sys/vm.h: proceeding with the preprocessor's result configure: WARNING: sys/vm.h: in the future, the compiler will take precedence configure: WARNING: ## ---------------------------------------------------- ## configure: WARNING: ## Report this to [email protected] ## configure: WARNING: ## ---------------------------------------------------- ## ..... configure: WARNING: sys/vmsystm.h: present but cannot be compiled configure: WARNING: sys/vmsystm.h: check for missing prerequisite headers? configure: WARNING: sys/vmsystm.h: see the Autoconf documentation configure: WARNING: sys/vmsystm.h: section "Present But Cannot Be Compiled" configure: WARNING: sys/vmsystm.h: proceeding with the preprocessor's result configure: WARNING: sys/vmsystm.h: in the future, the compiler will take precedence configure: WARNING: ## ---------------------------------------------------- ## configure: WARNING: ## Report this to [email protected] ## configure: WARNING: ## ---------------------------------------------------- ## ..... configure: WARNING: sys/kvm.h: present but cannot be compiled configure: WARNING: sys/kvm.h: check for missing prerequisite headers? configure: WARNING: sys/kvm.h: see the Autoconf documentation configure: WARNING: sys/kvm.h: section "Present But Cannot Be Compiled" configure: WARNING: sys/kvm.h: proceeding with the preprocessor's result configure: WARNING: sys/kvm.h: in the future, the compiler will take precedence configure: WARNING: ## ---------------------------------------------------- ## configure: WARNING: ## Report this to [email protected] ## configure: WARNING: ## ---------------------------------------------------- ## ..... As far as I know the two machines have the same versions of the same system tools.
