Does anyone know if the following is a known bug in netsnmp. I used the mib2c -c mib2c.table_data.conf to generate code to handle a table that has one index - and that index is a SnmpAdminString If the table is indexed by a string name (ASN_OCTET_STR), netsnmp incorrectly places in the first index place the length of the string. For example if the index is "abc" and you walk the table - net-snmp responds with OID.3.97.98.99 where the index is len followed by a.b.c instead of correctly responding with OID.97.98.99 The only time a lenth should be added to the index is if the table has multiple index's and the first index is a string. If anyone knows how to fix this issue - please let me know, thanks ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by the Moblin Your Move Developer's challenge Build the coolest Linux based applications with Moblin SDK & win great prizes Grand prize is a trip for two to an Open Source event anywhere in the world http://moblin-contest.org/redirect.php?banner_id=100&url=/ _______________________________________________ Net-snmp-users mailing list [email protected] Please see the following page to unsubscribe or change other options: https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/net-snmp-users
