Installing 5.4.1.2 on HP-UX 11.00 and shared library error

Hi,

I'm trying to install net-snmp-5.4.1.2 from source on this environment:

HP-UX pumba B.11.00 U 9000/800 1582706577 unlimited-user license

I've tried to find solution to insert the -fPIC flag but no succeed. What 
went wrong?
