RE: installing and using net-snmp

I have installed 5.4.2.rc2 and attached the make test and make install
capture. It indicated 58 / 59 succeeded.I subsequently ran snmpconf with
no problem and plan on testing with prtg in the morning.

Though note that 5.4.2.rc2 isn't *quite* out yet.
(I'm currently on step 14 of the release process!)

Give me another 15-20 minutes, and it should be available....
