Why Net-snmp Agent sends InformRequest SNMP PDU?

Hi All, Our product uses NET-SNMP library to build one SNMP agent. Recently, we found that this agent also sent SNMP InformRequest when sending normal SNMP trap. From the SNMP protocol, it seems that InformRequest PDU is only for SNMP Manager. This unnormal behavior leads to somehow error of SNMP Manager when it receives such packets from this agent. I've traced one function send_v2trap, which says "An equivalent INFORM is sent to the configured list of inform sinks". (http://www.net-snmp.org/dev/agent/group__agent__trap.html#ga44). I suppose that's one of the reason. It seems that another function send_easy_trap will also send InformRequest packet. I want to know why send_v2trap needs to do this, and is there any configuration to let send_v2trap not to do this? Or If necessary to change codes, can you give some advice? Thanks a lot in advance!
